They could have done a lot better with the UI for the Eee PC. The current UI proves why Linux will never reach the usability of Mac OS

Eee PC UI != Linux UI. There is no single Linux UI. You cant judge Linux based on the Eee PC. At the very least go into desktop mode and comment on that.
I know that, I've been using Linux for years and given courses on the subject as well. KDE in desktop mode on a normal PC is just as bad really. But what I meant is that half of the screens don't fit on the eee PC even for apps distributed with the standard install. I'll blog on this later, which will clarify what I mean, but couldn't post long message on jaiku
